Due to the handcrafted and often made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at gaction.golf@gmail.com with the following:
*Your order number
*A description of the issue
*Clear photos showing the damage or fault
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders or made-to-order items unless the product is faulty.

Returns Process
If your return is approved:
*The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
*It must be returned within 14 days of approval.
*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
